FEE POLICIES
NON-HEALTH INSURANCE CLIENT RATES
$125 for initial diagnostic/assessment session consisting of 80 minutes, subsequent sessions are $90 per 55-minute session. Sliding Scale upon request.

How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider (if your insurance is not listed above I would be an out-of-network Provider)? But call to check, as I am contracting with more Health Insurers.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Since pre-payment secures a scheduled session time and date, a Professional Courtesy of only a 4-hours notice to either reschedule or cancel an appointments is required. Your prepayment will remain in effect for the rescheduled session. If you miss a scheduled session without giving 4-hour notice, or cancel your scheduled session within any given time of notice and not rescheduling, your prepayment will not be reimbursed to you and will be considered forfeited due to this website notification.
